Getting adjusted

Job searching, house searching, wedding planning, resume writing, learning my way around town. I'm still living out of my bags.
Moving is so stressful, there's so much to do. I find myself once again in a new place, trying to adjust. The fiance is still in California after the Marine Corps held up his outprocessing (go figure) and I'm staying with the in-laws. I still feel like things just won't settle down, but I guess it'll be like this until we settle in. We're thinking of buying a house. The thought of wasting any more money on rent sickens me. I think if we buy something small to start out with, we'll be able to rent it ou later when we're able to afford something bigger. I bought three books yesterday, one about financial planning, one about home buying and a street atlas of Tallahassee so I can find my way around this damn place.
The in-laws have horses which are a new and fascinating experience for me. I was petting one the other day and it licked me and I asked if that was a good thing (dogs and cats lick when they like you) and they told me she does that right before she bites. Hmmmm.. There's something about an animal that weighs three times what I do and can look me in the eye that scares me.
I saw a job in the local paper here for an independent news correspondent, which is sort of like a part-time local reporter and I think I'm going to apply. I've been trying to put together a resume and copies of some of the things I've written. I'm kind of exicted because this will be the first time I've done something like this is the civilian world.

If your blog and the stories you wrote while in Iraq are any indication of your abilities, Blair, you'll make a great reporter. Good luck!!

While searching for wedding planning site I just have not had the best search results. Maybe I need to create my own blog and let others post so I can get better info on wedding planning site.

Just checking out blogs, and thought I would stop and read yours since we have some of the same interests and ideas. Some ideas are a little much and some are right on. I am glad I stopped by just to say hi I hope you don't mind. Some people consider it spam I DON'T but if they don't want people to post why do they leave it open for the world to see. I have some great wedding information and articles available for free around 2000 savings ideas so stop on in if you want... Thank you.tattoo photos wedding bands

When you are having a difficult time getting the vitamins and minerals you want via your diet regime it may be important to consider nourishment nutritional supplements. You should speak to your medical doctor before beginning any supplements. Some supplements can hinder chemotherapy treatments and be damaging at high degrees.
