Some southern observations
I'm a northern gal, born and raised in Minnesota. My new surroundings are definately different than anything I'm used to.
First off, it's warmer here (my favorite part). Even now when everyone seems to be complaining about the weather. It's cold here when it hits 60 degrees, but in Minnesota we're grabbing our shorts and yelling "spring" when it hits 60 degrees (in May). Sometimes I just want to yell, "You don't KNOW cold!"
Another thing I've notcied is that while there are churches on every corner, I still spend half an hour driving around town just to find a Subway. What's a girl got to do to eat in this town? And what happened to Popeye's Chicken? I thought that was a southern thing and I LOVE their mashed potatoes, but I can't seem to find one here anywhere. Sorry, I'm a food girl, and even fast food is important to me.

Anyway, I was speaking to a techi guy at work who gets to know all the latest stuff and he uses the free Link Referral Program.
His website on alabama ffa amongst other stuff has seen traffic explode since he started using the Link Referral Program - consequently his affiliate sales commissions and business sales went through the roof PLUS his website increased in google ranking which was an added bonus!!

It is not known when the wheel will reopen.The wheel is currently (Feb 2010) fully disassembled, with only the support structure standing.Upon further investigation, engineers working on the wheel discovered the cracks were not caused by the heatwave but rather a problem in the original design.
